I’ve seen so many other brokers and agents struggling; not because they weren’t bringing in money, but because they lacked the financial literacy to turn inconsistent income into permanent wealth.

The challenges have been even greater for Blacks and other minorities. Many lived closing to closing, and I understood their pain, because I had once been there.

With a wealth of experience behind me, I’ve now dedicated myself to sharing the lessons I’ve learned about real-world problems and practical solutions. Financial education, I knew, is key for getting people to make better decisions for themselves, now and down the line.

Helping other minority professionals transform their commissions into their own personal financial empires has been the greatest satisfaction of my career.
